When returning or exchanging an item, please use the original packaging in which it was delivered. If the packaging is not available, for example after it has been destroyed, please use another box suitable for sending the item and return it to us.
If you refuse to receive the product or return it without contacting us, or if you cancel or return the product after payment due to customer's convenience, we may charge the customer for the return shipping fee, settlement fee, etc. Thank you. Please note.
Only unused items can be returned. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the condition of the returned product. There will be a return shipping fee withdrawn from the refund amount (*Free return shipping fee only for orders within Japan).
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect orders or customer preferences, so please check the product name, product number, size, etc. carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-order products.
Products that have passed 14 days or more after the arrival.
