Shipping policy

  1. Free shipping only for orders from within Japan.
  2. For shipments outside of Japan, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the customer's residential area before checkout is completed.
  3. The products you ordered will be shipped by "Yamato Transport" for domestic shipments (within Japan) and "DHL" for overseas shipments (outside of Japan).
  4. In the case of shipping outside of Japan, the desired delivery date and time (select function in shopping cart) will be disabled. After confirming your order, we will ship it as soon as possible in about 3-5 business days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other consecutive holidays).
  5. All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) whereby all applicable duties and costs are included in the price.
  6. Pre-ordered and made-to-order items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
  7. Arrival may be delayed due to bad weather or disasters.
  8. We insures each shipment during time in transit until up on delivery, but we are not responsible for any loss or theft of packages at the delivery address specified by the customer.
  9. We will perform our usual credit card authorization, fraud prevention, security and related legal checks and, if the checks are successful, we will process your order. In the unlikely event that confirmation is necessary, we will contact you. As a result, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date.
